Q2. How to place an order ?

A: Pls provide your requirements or application and send us order by E-mail with your detail information,then we will send you a PI to confirm .then, if all information is right and you can make 30% deposit payment.Finally, we will arrange order as soon as possible once received your payment.



Q3. Does SH LED support customer design order?

A: Yes, Can supports OEM/ODM order.



Q4. What's your payment term ?

A: 30% deposit and full payment before shipment , we can accept payment by Paypal, L/C , T/T ,Credit Card and Alibaba Trade Assurance Order


Q5. What is your delivery time ,Can we receive our goods on time?

A: We offer fast lead time ,usally 1-2 days if on stocks , 15-20days if out of stocks. Please contact us for a accurate delivery date in advance.



Q6. What is Warranty of SH LED products?

A: 1-3 years warranty(for different type product) since goods shipped.
